The Mysterious Disappearance of Cajairah Fraise

The Beaumont Police Department is currently seeking the assistance of the public in locating Cajairah Jae Fraise, a 22-year-old woman who has been reported missing on Friday, February 24, 2023, when Cajairah’s family contacted the authorities to file a missing person’s report. It was revealed that Cajairah had walked away from her parents while they were making a stop at Jack in the Box on Beaumont Avenue in the City of Beaumont Thursday night, February 23, 2023 around 10:39 p.m.

Initially, Cajairah’s parents had delayed reporting her disappearance as they hoped to locate her themselves. However, after their efforts proved unsuccessful, they decided to involve law enforcement. The police officers promptly recorded the details and entered Cajairah as a Voluntarily Missing Adult into the Missing and Unidentified Persons Section (MUPS) database maintained by the California Department of Justice.

At the time she went missing, it was noted that Cajairah was approximately 35 weeks pregnant. Detectives were assigned to investigate this case and immediately began conducting follow-ups with her family members. They also requested access to surveillance footage from nearby establishments in hopes of gathering additional information that could aid them in locating Cajairah.

In addition to these efforts, detectives pursued leads related to social media postings associated with Cajairah and examined her phone records for any potential clues about her whereabouts or contacts she may have had recently. They also explored places where she worked or frequented regularly and reached out to extended family members and friends for any relevant information that could assist their investigation.

To further intensify their search for Cajairah, local law enforcement agencies were provided with missing person flyers containing all pertinent details about her disappearance. These flyers were distributed not only within Beaumont but also across neighboring regions for wider coverage.

Recognizing the urgency due to both her pregnancy nearing full term and the passage of time since her disappearance, the Beaumont Police Department took to social media platforms to issue a missing persons bulletin. The aim was to engage the public and encourage anyone with information, as well as additional friends or family members who might possess relevant details, to come forward and provide assistance.

Moreover, detectives expanded their efforts by disseminating information about Cajairah’s disappearance to hospitals, clinics, mental health facilities, shelters, and various organizations in Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Nevada. They also requested aerial support through Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) or drones to conduct thorough searches of the area where Cajairah was last seen.

Despite these extensive measures taken by law enforcement agencies thus far in their search for Cajairah Fraise, the Beaumont Police Department has reported they have encountered challenges due to a lack of cooperation from her family in providing crucial additional information that could potentially aid detectives in finding her. This has prompted authorities to intensify their efforts even further.

Cajairah should have already given birth. With 122 days having passed since she was initially reported missing, her status has been upgraded to Critical Missing. The Beaumont Police Department urgently appeals for assistance from the public at large—friends, family members or acquaintances—who may possess any information that could help locate Cajairah and ensure her safe return home.
